FORCE v STRENGTH

GIO’s Core Intelligence Metrics:

Force vs. Strength

What it means: A momentum index — comparing how a team’s style (pressing, direct play, counters) forces outcomes versus whether opponents’ raw strength suppresses them.

Data source: Combination of official data (pressing stats where available, pass success, transitions) and contextual factors (form, lineups, venue).

How GIO* uses it: Adjusts predictions for context: a “forceful” underdog pressing relentlessly might tilt the model more than a dominant but static favorite.
